Dr. Bowers-Lee received her Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and Arts in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and her MD from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Bowers-Lee completed her residency at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Bowers-Lee joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in January 2005 and her primary practice location is Cape Fear Hospital, here in Wilmington.

Dr. Bowers-Lee's hobbies include boating, running, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Jeffrey, and their family.

A native of Wilmington, Dr. Collins Received a BA degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his MD degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Collins has practiced with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1999, and is based at Cape Fear Hospital.

His hobbies include computers and photography.

Dr. Davis is originally from Greensboro, NC.  He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and his MD from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Chapel Hill.  Dr. Davis completed an internship in Internal Medicine, and a residency in Emergency Medicine at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine, Norfolk, Virginia.  He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Davis joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians and will be primarily practicing at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw.

In his spare time Dr. Davis enjoys boating, sailing, landscape photography, and hiking.

Dr. DuFine received his Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, School of Medicine Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico.

Dr. DuFine completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio.

Dr. DuFine joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in July 2009 and his primary practice location is Pender Memorial Hospital.

A native of Boone, NC, Dr. Durham received a BA in Chemistry from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and his MD degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. He completed his residency at The University of Pittsburgh Affiliated Residency in Emergency Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Durham has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1998. His primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington, where he also serves as the Departmental Chair of the Emergency Department.

Dr. Foutty received a his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Ohio University-COM/Doctors Hospital, located in Columbus, Ohio, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Foutty joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in October 2008, and divides his practice time between Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw and New Hanover Regional Medical Center here in Wilmington.

In his spare time, Dr. Foutty enjoys spending time with his family and the Carolina sunshine.

Dr. Garm received a BS degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and his MD degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. He initially completed two years of Psychiatry residency before entering the Air Force full time as a Flight Surgeon in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Dr. Garm then completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, and completed his military obligation while in Dayton.

Dr. Garm is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1992. Dr. Garm's primary practice location is Cape Fear Hospital here in Wilmington.

His hobbies include singing, playing guitar, running, weight training, sailing, skiing, bicycling, hiking and nature study.

Dr. Hamspon received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, also in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Dr. Hampson completed her Emergency Medicine residency through the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, where she was  Chief Resident.

In her spare time Dr. Hampson enjoys time with her family, gardening, running, and hiking.

Dr. Hampson joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in July 2010 and is currently based primarily at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Pender Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Incatasciato received a BS degree in Biology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and received his DO degree from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Miami, Florida. Dr. Incatasciato completed his internship as well as his residency at Ohio University / Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Incatasciato joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in December 2006, and his primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

His hobbies include all water sports, bicycling, photography and travel.

Dr. LaMar Received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his MD degree from Wake Forest University. He completed his residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC and is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. LaMar has been practicing with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since January 2006, and his primary practice location is Cape Fear Hospital, here in Wilmington, where he currently serves as the Emergency Department Medical Director.

He is married and has two young sons who get most of his free time. Dr. LaMar has numerous hobbies but is a master of none (flying, surfing, golfing, tennis, music, etc.).

After receiving a BS degree in Biology from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Ljung attended East Carolina University of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina, where she received her MD degree. Dr. Ljung completed her residency at East Carolina as well.

Dr. Ljung is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 2000. Her primary practice location is Cape Fear Hospital, here in Wilmington.

Her hobbies include scuba diving, boating, orchids, reading and spending time with her two young children.

Dr. McLamb received a BS degree in Biology from Davidson University in Davidson, North Carolina, and his MD degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He completed his residency at Wishard Memorial Hospital and Methodist Hospital at Indiana, both in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. McLamb's primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

When not in the Emergency Department, Dr. McLamb enjoys karate, boating, beach music dancing, and swimming.

Dr. Mearns received his Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina and his Doctor of Osteopathy from Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Dr. Mearns completed a traditional rotation Internship through Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, West Virginia, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia.

Dr. Mearns joined ECEP II, PA in December 2010 and splits his time between Pender Memorial Hospital and New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

A native of Southern California, Dr. Moulton received a BS degree in Biology from the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, California, an MS degree in Molecular Biology from San Diego State University, San Diego, California, and his MD degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Moulton has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1994. He is also currently the Medical Director of Medac Health Services, P.A., which owns and operates urgent care and occupational health centers in Wilmington, as well as the Medical Director for Pender County EMS. Dr. Moulton's primary practice location is new Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

Additionally, Dr. Moulton is a member of the North Carolina Medical Society’s Board of Directors and is President elect for the year 2013. 

His hobbies include auto racing, skiing, boating, and surfing. He also enjoys family time with his wife and two children.

Dr. O'Brien received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, and his Doctor of medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Upon completion of his transitional internship, Dr. O'Brien was sent to US Naval Flight Surgeon training in Pensacola FL, then served as the flight surgeon for VX-31 in China Lake, CA. Dr. O'Brien then returned to finish his emergency medicine residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego and was subsequently stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and Bremerton, WA, dedicating a total of over ten years of service to the Navy.

Dr. O'Brien is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is currently based primarily at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Dr. O'Brien joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in the fall of 2009.

Dr. Ott received a BS degree in Biology from the State University of New York in Plattsburgh, New York, and his DO degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. He completed his residency at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Ott is board certified in Emergency Medicine and has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 2001. His primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

Dr. Ott's hobbies include hiking/camping, hunting, travel, and fishing.

Dr. Radack received a BS degree in Biology from the University of Rochester, in Rochester, New York and his MD degree also from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Rochester, New York. He completed his residency at the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1997. Dr. Radack's primary practice location is Cape Fear Hospital, here in Wilmington.

Dr. Radack's hobbies include scuba diving, basketball, golf, and kite surfing. He also enjoys time with his wife Jane and their three children, Maggie, Lily and Chet.

Dr Reese received a BS degree in Mammalian Physiology with a minor in Classical Music from the University of California at San Diego, La Jolla, California.  He received his MD degree from the Finch University of Health Sciences, the Chicago Medical School, at the Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois.  He completed an Emergency Medicine Residency Program at the Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Dr Reese has been a practicing physician with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since the summer of 1997.

Dr Reese's loves spending most of his free time with wife and 3 children.  His hobbies include competitive shooting, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, surfing, and the beach.

Dr. San Miguel received an AA degree in Electrical Technology from Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY, a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the State University of New York at Binghamton, in Binghamton, NY, and his MD degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. Upon completion of his residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center/The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, Dr. San Miguel did an EMS and Aeromedical fellowship there also. Dr. San Miguel completed the Air Force Flight Surgeon Course of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks, AFB, San Antonio, Texas and the Flight Surgeon Course for the Army at Fort Rucker, Alabama. 

Dr. San Miguel is active in the United States Air Force Reserves, currently holding the rank of Colonel, and is the Squadron Commander of the 916th Aeromedical Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB. In addition to his full-time physician status with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians (since 1999), presently Dr. San Miguel is the Medical Director for the Cape Fear Community College EMS program and for the New Hanover Health Network Airlink/Vitalink Flight and Ground Critical Care Transport Unit in Wilmington. Dr. San Miguel frequently speaks at many Medical Meetings at national and local levels.

In his spare time, Dr. San Miguel's hobbies include family (including 3 Labradors), boating, fishing, and travel.

Dr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a minor in Spanish from the University of Alaska, in Fairbanks, Alaska. He then went on to receive his MD degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.  Dr. Snyder completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at York Hospital / Penn State in York, PA., and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Snyder joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in January 2013 and will be practicing primarily at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Snyder enjoys spending time with his family enjoying reading, fishing, skiing, hiking, and boating.

Dr. Terzian received his BS degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC. He received his MD from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University. Dr. Terzian completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Martin Luther King/ Drew University Medical Center in Los Angeles, California in 2004.

Dr. Terzian has practiced with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since July 2004, and his primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

Dr. Terzian's interests and hobbies include playing the drums, boating, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Tseng received a BS degree in Bioengineering at the University of California at San Diego in San Diego, CA, and his MD degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt lake City, Utah. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Saint Vincent/Mercy Medical Center/The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Tseng has practiced with Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians since 1999, and his primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where he also serves as Medical Director of the Emergency Department.

Dr. Watkins received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.  Dr. Watkins completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Vanderbilt University Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Watkins joined ECEP II, PA, in May 2012 and will be primarily practicing in the Emergency Department at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw.

In his spare time, Dr. Watkins enjoys time with family and friends, playing golf, basketball, weight training, and music.  He is very happy to be back home in Wilmington.

Dr. Wells received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, his Master of Science degree in Physiology from Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Wells completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, where he was Chief Resident.

Dr. Wells joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in July 2010 and s currently based primarily at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Pender Memorial Hospital.

In his spare time, Dr. Wells enjoys coaching athletics, salt water fishing, fly fishing, surfing, SCUBA diving, road biking, mountain biking, weight training, rock climbing, mountaineering, telmark skiing, snow boarding, and international travel.

Dr. Willard received his BS in Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, and in 1996 he received his Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Willard also received his MD degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.

Dr. Willard completed his Emergency Medicine residency program at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems in Richmond, Virginia in 2004, and has been practicing with ECEP since January 2006. His primary practice location is New Hanover Regional Medical Center, here in Wilmington.

In his spare time, Dr. Willard enjoys cooking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Winter received his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and his Doctorate of Medicine from Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina.

In June 2011, Dr. Winter completed a dual 5-year Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine resident training program at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is board eligible in both Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Winter joined Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians in July 2011 and is primarily based at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw, North Carolina.

ln his spare time, Dr. Winter enjoys time with his family, as well as playing the guitar and piano. He is very pleased to be back to his native home; North Carolina.

Dr. Young received his Bachelor of Science from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, and his Doctor of Osteopathy from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Dr. Young completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Saint Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, where he was Academic Chief Resident. Upon completing his oral boards in the fall of 2011, Dr. Young is board certified in Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Young joined ECEP II, PA, in July 2011 and practices primarily at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Young's  hobbies include softball, skiing, golf, and movies.
